There’s is nothing better than these Keto pancakes! This simple low carb pancake recipe with almond flour and coconut flour is quick, fluffy and delicious, with just 3g of net carbs.
INGREDIENTS FOR KETO PANCAKES:
2 large eggs room temperature
1 teaspoon coconut oil melted
1 cup almond flour
Using coconut milk, I used ¼ cup of milk as a choice.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon granulated sweetener of choice optional
Instructions:
Eggs, coconut oil, and milk should all be incorporated in a mixing bowl. Combine the almond flour and baking powder in another bowl. To incorporate, gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. A big nonstick pan should be greased and heated to medium. When the pan is heated, drop spoonfuls of the batter weighing 1/4 cup onto it and immediately cover it. The edges of the pancakes should start to bubble after 3 to 4 minutes of cooking. Flip the pancakes carefully, take off the lid, and cook for an additional one to two minutes while covered. Till all of the batter has been fried, repeat the process.
Serve the pancakes.

DON’T OVERWORK THE MEAT:

The most important thing to avoid when incorporating the ingredients and forming the patties is overworking the meat. Excessive mixing or mashing forces the juices out, resulting in a tough burger. Instead, use a gentle kneading motion to combine the beef ingredients.
USE COLD HANDS:
Working with cold hands is ideal because it prevents the meat from heating up and becoming rubbery. Simply wash your hands with cold water before handling it.
BE GENTLE:
To avoid driving out the juices, form the patties gently as well. Essentially, you want the moisture to stay in your juicy burgers rather than escape.
Make a thumb print:
Make a large thumbprint in the Centre of each patty to keep the burgers from puffing up as they cook. This occurs because the heat forces the juices to the center, so if you start with a cavity in the center, the burger will be nice and flat when done.

Of course, nothing beats grilled smoky, juicy burgers. How to make juicy burgers on the grill is very similar to how to make burgers on the stovetop.
While the grill is heating up, prepare the meat as described above. Add the burgers and close the lid once it's hot. Resist the urge to open it frequently!

This simple keto chicken wings recipe uses two tricks that make these baked Buffalo wings crispy and perfectly sauced. They are then coated or dipped in a sauce consisting of a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter before being served.
INGREDIENTS:
1 quart vegetable oil for deep frying
24 chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut in half at joint
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Add the oil to a large skillet or deep fryer and heat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Fry the chicken wings in oil until they are done, about 10 minutes .Remove the chicken from the skillet or deep fryer and drain on paper towels.    
Place the butter in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.  Add the hot pepper sauce to it. Make it taste good by adding salt & peeper. Chicken can be cooked in sauce and stir over low heat to coat. The wings are hotter when they are in the sauce.  You can serve warm.
